Moreover, she is not obessed with her diet but also with her children’s diet and has herself carved one for them.

Macrobiotic diet is only for vegetarians so it only deals with whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. Its a diet sans animal foods. It doesnt work on the common principle of eating every two hours but rather urges you not to take small meals. It allows two solid meals a day with an aim to increase your bodymetabolism. No non vegetarian is a negative point of this point and it’s long term use without regular checks can create illness as it lacks vitamins. However, following it with caution and care can help in eliminating the risk of breast cancer. So its best for Women.

She takes brown rice in steamed form along with berries and oats and millets.

Dinner –
